Biovail operates full-scale manufacturing facilities in Steinbach, Manitoba, and has two other facilities in Puerto Rico - one in Dorado and one in Carolina. Each one has been approved by the Therapeutic Products Directorate in Canada and the Food and Drug Administration in the United States.
